数字技术和信息技术的兴起和发展促使科技期刊的传播发生了结构性的转变,国内外科技期刊出版商也在不断追求实现期刊内容数字化以实现在各数据提供商、图书馆、仓储数据库之间进行存储和交换,为适应此需求,美国国立医学图书馆(NLM)的国家生物技术信息中心(NCBI)基于各出版商和PubMed Central的实践开发了期刊文档标签集,也就是业界普遍认可的NLM文件类型定义(DTD)标准。目前该标准已成为科技期刊界的行业标准,也成为了美国的国家标准。本研究对NLMDTD3.0版本中的参考文献模型的标记进行实例分析和解读,并介绍参考文献模型的沿革,以便让同行能更真实地认知此标准及其应用。同时,呼吁同行在借鉴美国NLM DTD标准的基础上,加快中文科技期刊文档数据标准的创建与推广步伐。
The rise and development of digital technology and information technology have led to the structural change of the dissemination of sci-tech periodicals. Sci-tech periodical publishers both at home and abroad are also constantly seeking to digitize the contents of the periodical in order to achieve the goal of To meet this need, the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) of the National Library of Medicine (NLM) developed a journal document tab set based on the practices of publishers and PubMed Central, the industry-accepted NLM Document Type Definition (DTD) standard. At present, the standard has become the industry standard for sci-tech periodicals and has also become the national standard of the United States. This study analyzes and interprets the markings of the reference model in NLMDTD 3.0 and introduces the evolution of the reference model in order to make the cognition of this standard and its application more truly. At the same time, we urge our colleagues to accelerate the creation and promotion of document standards in Chinese sci-tech periodicals based on the reference to the NLM DTD standard in the United States.
