本文简要介绍了装饰保温承重（三合一）砼空心砌块的块型设计、物理力学性能、试点建筑的实测结果。为了推广应用编制了建筑通用设计图集。这对我国在“九五”期间实现节能住宅的新型墙体材料要占墙体材料总量的２０％奋斗目标创造了有利条件。 This article briefly introduces the block design, physico-mechanical properties, and the actual measurement results of the pilot-framed buildings for decorative insulation load-bearing (three-in-one) concrete hollow blocks. In order to promote the application, a general design atlas of buildings was compiled. This has created favorable conditions for China’s new wall materials to realize energy-saving housing during the “Ninth Five-Year Plan” to occupy 20% of the total amount of wall materials.
