1999年10月至2002年7月,我院对35例输卵管妊娠患者采用米非司酮配合腹腔镜手术治疗,效果较好。现将结果报告如下。1 资料与方法1.1 临床资料 本组年龄17～35岁。初产妇16例,经产妇9例,已婚未产10例。有结扎史1例,盆腔炎史5例,置环史14例。临床表现为停经34例,阴道流血29例,下腹痛30例,附件包块或增粗32例。辅助检查血、尿hCG升高34例,B超提示附件区包块30
From October 1999 to July 2002, 35 cases of tubal pregnancy in our hospital with mifepristone combined with laparoscopic surgery, the effect is better. The results reported below. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Clinical data The group aged 17 to 35 years old. 16 cases of primipara, 9 cases of mothers, married 10 cases did not produce. A case of ligation history, pelvic inflammatory disease in 5 cases, ring home history in 14 cases. Clinical manifestations of menopause in 34 cases, 29 cases of vaginal bleeding, abdominal pain in 30 cases, annex mass or thickening in 32 cases.
