实施检查考评,是发现教育中存在问题和对军队思想政治教育价值判断的关键。检查考评的目的是督促各级履行抓教育的职责、督促机关改进对教育的指导和督促教育组织实施单位联系实际解决问题。检查考评的内容包括时间、人员、内容落实情况,领导机关组织教育情况和教育实际效果情况。军队思想政治教育检查考评的主要方法有基层官兵民主评议教育、结合重大任务检查考评、双向督导考评、笔试与面试相结合和模糊数学的方法考评。检查考评由各级政治机关组织实施,一般结合半年和年终工作总结进行,重大教育可专门组织。
