目的探讨医院多种管理培训方案对医院管理者管理技能的影响。方法随机抽取河大附院中高层管理人员107名,根据职务的不同分为护士长组、科主任组和行政部门负责人组,参照Kirkpatrick评价模型制定基本卫生管理、医院管理、卫生信息管理、全面质量管理和变更管理等五种培训方案,在培训结束后以问卷调查及座谈会的形式分析培管理人员的管理技能是否得到改善及改善的原因。结果培训后,所有管理人员的管理技能均得到一定程度的改善,其中组织日常活动、激励和指导下属、监督他人工作、小组讨论和形式分析等方面改善较显著。与管理技能改善可能有关的因素包括管理者的管理年限、职务类型、口语交际、监督他人工作、循证决策等。结论五种培训方案的实施对管理人员管理技能的改善均有一定的影响,尤其是卫生信息管理和变革管理培训方案的实施有助于充分利用管理资源,提升医院管理效率;并且本研究方案容易实施值得广泛推广。
Objective To explore the influence of hospital management training programs on management skills of hospital managers. Methods A total of 107 senior and middle management staffs were randomly assigned to the head nurses group, department director group and administrative department heads according to their positions. The basic health management, hospital management, health information management were comprehensively formulated according to Kirkpatrick evaluation model Quality management and change management five kinds of training programs, training in the form of questionnaires and seminars after the training managers management skills to improve and improve the reasons. Results After the training, the managerial skills of all managers were improved to a certain extent. Among them, the improvement of daily management activities, motivating and directing subordinates, supervising the work of others, group discussion and formal analysis were all remarkable. Factors that may be related to the improvement of management skills include the manager’s management period, job type, oral communication, supervision of the work of others, evidence-based decision-making. Conclusion The implementation of the five training programs all have some impact on the improvement of managerial skills. In particular, the implementation of training programs on health information management and change management can help to make full use of management resources and improve the efficiency of hospital management; and the research program is easy Implementation is worthy of widespread promotion.
