背景:作为我国首批国际一流火力发电厂,北仑电厂始终坚持科学发展、和谐发展。根据近年来监测数据显示,北仑实际二氧化硫排放浓度低于国家控制允许标准30%以上,但由于机组容量大,电煤耗量大,实施烟气脱硫改造显得尤为迫切。因此,北仑在2000年开始进行脱硫调研,2004年11月,投资11.55亿元人民币,正式动工实施烟气脱硫工程。该工程是目前国内规模最大的电厂脱硫改造工程,被列为浙江省、宁波市“十一五”重点工程,宁波市实事工程之一。北仑电厂脱硫工程采用目前国际上技术最成熟、应用最多的脱硫工艺--石灰石/石膏湿法脱硫工艺。工程按单元制设计,采用一炉一塔,脱硫率高达90%以上,其产生的优质石膏作为建材原料被循环利用。该工程按“总体规划,分步实施”的原则进行建设,由浙江天地环保工程有限公司总承包,浙江电力建设监理有限公司担任工程监理。
