文化馆实际上区别于其他的公共服务场所,它具有灵活性、多变性等特征,加之它独特的自身功能定位,这就要求文化馆能够提升自己的服务,充分利用自身有限的资源,提升影响力,建立服务品牌。并且发挥出其真正的功能,从而使得资源、人才都能够得以凝聚。文化馆的免费开放,将会对文化馆公共服务品牌的建设提出更高的要求。本文就文化馆基本现状着手,就如何通过对现有资源加以利用进行分析,从而提出相应对策,提升文化馆的服务水平,并且发挥出文化馆的重要作用,为建设我国公共服务品牌做出应有的贡献。
