本文利用上限元法,根据 L 型截面环件在轧制成形过程中的塑性变形区的特点,将变形区划分成三个单元块,建立各单元的动可容速度场,最后计算了轧制力,并将计算值与试验值进行了比较,证明用上限元法做为一个工程计算方法在环轧分析上的合理性及可行性。为探讨异型截面环件轧制变形区中复杂的金属流动规律提供了有益的帮助。
In this paper, the upper bound element method is used to divide the deformation zone into three unit blocks according to the characteristics of the plastic deformation zone of the L-shaped section ring during the rolling process. The moving rate field of each unit is established. Finally, the rolling force , And compares the calculated value with the experimental value. It proves that the upper limit element method is an engineering calculation method in the rationality and feasibility of ring rolling analysis. It is helpful to explore the complicated metal flow in the deformed zone of deformed section ring.
