In August 1983, in memory of the 60th anniversary of the founding of the “Chinese Youth,” we sent a reporter to the Jilin City to make a special trip interview with Comrade Lu Dingyi, one of the chief editors of the “Chinese Youth” during the Great Revolution. During the interview, Lu made a retrospect of the glorious history of the “Chinese youth” during the Great Revolution and also talked about his close relationship with “China’s youth.” After the interview, the author sorted Lu Changlao’s experience of “China Youth” into words and asked Lu to look over the matter. On the early morning of May 9 this year, Comrade Lu Dingyi unfortunately passed away. We publish this article today as a special memorial to our beloved chief editor.
