目的:建立鉴别不同厂家间抗艾滋病药物近红外快速检验方法。方法:采用近红外光谱仪采集样品光谱,建立一致性检验模型或相关系数模型,以区分不同厂家间的抗艾滋病药物。结果:对市场抽样的抗艾滋病药物样品,建立的近红外模型可以有效地区分。结论:所建立的近红外分析模型可以作为快速鉴别不同厂家间抗艾滋病药物的参考方法。 OBJECTIVE: To establish a rapid near-infrared test for identifying anti-AIDS drugs among different manufacturers. Methods: Near-infrared spectroscopy was used to collect the spectra of samples and to establish a consistency test model or a correlation coefficient model to distinguish anti-AIDS drugs from different manufacturers. Results: For the anti-AIDS drug samples sampled from the market, the near-IR model can be effectively distinguished. Conclusion: The established near-infrared analysis model can be used as a quick reference to identify different manufacturers of anti-AIDS drugs.
