目的测定丁香酚、柠檬醛、肉桂醛、八角茴香油的体外抗口腔念珠菌活性,为抗口腔念珠菌中药的进一步开发提供实验依据。方法收集2006年1—10月大连医科大学附属第一医院口腔科门诊38例口腔念珠菌感染患者。参照美国国家临床试验标准委员会(NCCLS)标准,用微量液基稀释法分别检测丁香酚、柠檬醛、肉桂醛和八角茴香油对38株口腔念珠菌临床分离株的最小抑菌浓度(MIC),并以氟康唑为质控药物,ATCC6258和ATCC90028为质控株控制整个实验条件。结果4种药物对白色念珠菌和克柔念珠菌的MIC分别为:丁香酚199.50~399.00mg/L和399.00mg/L;柠檬醛166.31~332.63mg/L和166.31mg/L;肉桂醛23.55~94.20mg/L和47.10mg/L;八角茴香油1218.75~2437.50mg/L和1218.75mg/L。结论丁香酚、柠檬醛、肉桂醛和八角茴香油对口腔念珠菌均有抑菌作用,其中肉桂醛的抑菌作用最强,其次为柠檬醛和丁香酚,八角茴香油最弱。
Objective To determine the anti-oral candidal activity of eugenol, citral, cinnamaldehyde, and star anise oil in vitro, and provide experimental basis for the further development of anti-oral candidal Chinese medicine. METHODS: From January to October 2006, 38 patients with oral candidiasis were treated in the outpatient department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University. With reference to the National Committee for Clinical Trial Standards (NCCLS), the minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) of eugenol, citral, cinnamaldehyde, and star anise oil against 38 clinical isolates of oral candidiasis were determined by microdilution method. Fluconazole was used as the quality control drug. ATCC6258 and ATCC90028 were used as quality control strains to control the entire experimental conditions. Results The MICs of the four drugs against Candida albicans and Candida krusei were eugenol 199.50-399.00 mg/L and 399.00 mg/L, citrals 166.31-332.63 mg/L and 166.31 mg/L, and cinnamaldehyde 23.55- 94.20 mg/L and 47.10 mg/L; star anise oil 12187.75-2437.50 mg/L and 1128.75 mg/L. Conclusion Eugenol, citral, cinnamaldehyde and star anise oil all have antibacterial effects on oral candida. Cinnamaldehyde has the strongest antibacterial effect, followed by citral and eugenol, and star anise oil is the weakest.
