A signal processing scheme for a programmable system-on-chip(PSoC)based human body infrared tracking system is described. The purpose of this project is to convert the analog signal from a passive infrared(PIR)sensor to a digital signal which will be used to calculate the correct position of a human body. This paper covers the analog design with PSoC,the analog to digital conversion and the software to eliminate noise.
