以胶接强度为指标,研究了不同工艺条件对漆酶活化纤维素乙醇木质素胶粘剂之胶接强度的影响。研究结果表明:漆酶活化纤维素乙醇木质素制备生物质基木材胶粘剂的最佳工艺条件为w(漆酶)=20%(相对于工业木质素质量而言)、反应体系p H为4.0、反应温度45℃和反应时间4.0 h;当乳化剂(Tween-80)和PMDI(聚二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯)在反应阶段、调胶阶段分别加入时,可明显提高胶合板的湿态胶接强度。
With the bonding strength as an index, the influence of different process conditions on the bonding strength of laccase-activated cellulosic ethanol lignin adhesive was studied. The results showed that the optimum conditions of laccase-activated cellulosic ethanol lignin for preparing biomass-based wood adhesives were w (laccase) = 20% (relative to the industrial lignin quality), p H of the reaction system was 4.0, The reaction temperature is 45 ℃ and the reaction time is 4.0 h. When the Tween-80 and PMDI (poly diphenylmethane diisocyanate) are separately added in the reaction and adjustment stages, the wet bonding strength of the plywood can be obviously improved .
