项目施工成本管理是建筑施工企业根据经营发展战略和企业内外条件,按照现代企业运行规律,通过生产诸要素的优化配置和动态管理,以实现工程项目的合同目标、工程经济效益和社会效益。项目的成本管理是贯穿在工程建设自招投标阶段直到竣工验收的全过程,它是企业全面成本管理的重要环节,必须在组织和控制措施上给予高度的重视。本文通过分析建筑工程项目施工成本管理存在的问题,阐述了项目施工成本管理创新的必然性,提出了创新的原则和方案。
Project construction cost management is the construction enterprises in accordance with the business development strategy and internal and external conditions, in accordance with the laws governing the operation of modern enterprises, through the optimal allocation of production elements and dynamic management in order to achieve the contractual objectives of the project, project economic and social benefits. Project cost management runs through the whole process of project construction and bidding until completion and acceptance. It is an important part of total cost management of an enterprise and must be given high priority in organization and control measures. This article analyzes the existing problems in construction cost management of construction projects, expounds the inevitability of project construction cost management innovation, and puts forward innovative principles and solutions.
