日前,国务院对外发布《关于加快发展养老服务业的若干意见》,提出我国将试点开展老年人住房反向抵押养老保险,即将房子抵押给银行、保险公司等金融机构,评估后获得一笔款项,由金融机构按月发放给抵押人用于养老直到其身故。此举引发公众对“以房养老”的关切和热议。“以房养老”到底可不可行?拥有了房产是否真的能保证老有所养?
