涡轮泵是液体火箭发动机的故障高发部件之一,研究其实时振动监控算法及系统对提高发动机的可靠性与安全性具有非常重要的意义。在选择涡轮泵监控参数的基础上,深入研究涡轮泵实时故障检测算法,提出用于阈值更新的滑动样本递推方法,实现涡轮泵故障的自适应阈值检测,然后基于数字信号处理器设计涡轮泵新型实时振动监控系统,实现更高的处理速度,并满足小型化需求。 Turbine pump is one of the most troublesome components of liquid propellant rocket engine. It is very important to study its real-time vibration monitoring algorithm and system to improve the reliability and safety of the engine. Based on the selection of turbo pump monitoring parameters, the turbo pump real-time fault detection algorithm is researched deeply.
