本文通过论述高技术企业集群中知识流动的特点,分析了知识流动对高技术企业集群创新和技术追赶的双刃剑作用。在此基础上,文章还分析了政府应该在其中发挥的作用,并提出了切实可行的措施。
This paper analyzes the characteristics of knowledge flow in high-tech enterprise clusters and analyzes the double-edged sword effect of knowledge flow on high-tech enterprise cluster innovation and technology catch-up. On this basis, the article also analyzes the role that the government should play in it and puts forward practical measures.
