在实际考察的基础上,全面介绍俄亥俄大学图书馆的学科书目员制度和该馆的藏书建设体系,在将其与我国高校图书馆的采访制度进行比较后,分析了各自的优缺点。认为我国高校图书馆组织制度和藏书建设体系的改革与发展可参考借鉴美国的模式。 On the basis of the actual investigation, this article gives a comprehensive introduction of the system of the bibliographers of the library in Ohio University and the system of collection of books in the library. After comparing with the library system of our university, the advantages and disadvantages of each library are analyzed. The author thinks that the reform and development of university library system and collection construction system in our country can be borrowed from the American model.
