以 10个水稻品种为材料 ,研究了源库增量比及其与有关植株产量性状和光合生理指标的关系。结果表明 ,(1)源库增量比在水稻品种间存在基因型差异 ,说明该指标可作为生理育种指标 ;(2 )源库增量比与籽粒充实度及结实率之间存在多项式的关系 (P<0 .0 1) ,表明该指标越接近于 1,其籽粒充实度及结实率越高。 (3)源库增量比与光合功能期及灌浆期的瞬时光合速率均存在显著或极显著正相关。
Ten rice cultivars were used as materials to study the relationship between yield increment and yield and photosynthesis of related plants. The results showed that (1) there was a genotype difference between the increment of the source and the rice varieties, indicating that the index could be used as physiological breeding index. (2) There was a polynomial relationship between increment of grain yield and grain filling degree and seed setting rate (P <0. 01), indicating that the closer the index to 1, the higher the degree of grain filling and seed setting. (3) There was a significant or highly significant positive correlation between increment of source and sink rate and instantaneous photosynthetic rate at photosynthesis and grain filling stage.
