[目的]比较栽植的不同生长年限膜荚黄芪中黄酮类成分的高效液相色谱信息、毛蕊异黄酮和芒柄花素的含量以及总黄酮含量.[方法]采用HPLC-DAD方法比较不同生长年限膜荚黄芪中黄酮类成分以及毛蕊异黄酮和芒柄花素的含量,色谱柱为BDS Hypersil C18柱(250.0 mm×4.6 mm,5μm,Thermo),应用二极管阵列检测器,流动相为乙腈-水,梯度洗脱50 min,流动速度为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为254 nm;采用比色法测定总黄酮含量.[结果]不同生长年限膜荚黄芪中黄酮类成分指纹图谱有7个主要共有峰,在概貌上基本一致,但出峰数量和相对峰面积有所差别;1,2,3年生膜荚黄芪中总黄酮含量分别为1.02,1.23,1.79 mg/g,毛蕊异黄酮为0.337,0.121,0.119 mg/g,芒柄花素为0.101,0.031,0.032 mg/g.[结论]不同生长年限膜荚黄芪中黄酮类成分含量随着年限的增长而增高,黄酮类成分的种类基本保持不变.
[Objective] The research aimed to compare the contents of flavonoids and the content of flavonoids in the flavonoids of Astragalus membranaceus in different growing years with different growth stages. [Conclusion] The contents of flavonoids in Astragalus membranaceus increased with the increase of years, and the flavonoids remained basically unchanged.
