为快速处置和预防公交车火灾事件,针对公交车火灾事件案例的特点,确定事件统计指标体系,构建一个包含110起公交车火灾事件案例库,通过分析相似案例提出相关建议。结合信息量权数法与文本相似度计算方法,建立案例相似度匹配模型。通过案例匹配找到案例库中与目标案例相似的历史案例。匹配结果表明,检索出的历史案例与目标案例基本信息相似,可以作为相似案例进行研究。通过对比3起人为事故案例的异同点,总结出人为公交车火灾事件的处置方法和预防措施为:快速联合救援、保证常态安保、加强车内疏散指示以及定期监管车身状况与消防工具的配置。
In order to dispose of and prevent bus fires quickly, according to the characteristics of bus fire cases, the system of event statistics index is established and a case database of 110 bus fire accidents is constructed. Relevant cases are analyzed by analyzing similar cases. Combining with the computing method of information weight and text similarity, a case similarity matching model is established. Use case matching to find the historical case similar to the target case in the case base. Matching results show that the retrieved historical case is similar to the basic information of the target case and can be studied as a similar case. By comparing the similarities and differences between three cases of human accidents, this paper summarizes the methods and preventive measures for man-made bus fires, such as quick joint rescue, ensuring normal security, strengthening evacuation instructions inside the vehicle, and regular monitoring of body conditions and configuration of fire-fighting tools.
