给教学活动加点“味”

近年来,随着城乡一体化建设的迅猛发展,城市中各种先进的幼儿教育理念和课程模式不断地深入到农村幼儿园,使农村的幼儿教育水平得到了很大的提高。在实践中我们也发现,由于我们一味地盲从、模仿照搬,脱离了农村幼儿的生活实际,使幼儿学得生硬。作为一名农村幼教工作者,我们要充分利用农村丰富的资源解放孩子的空间,让他们和大自然中的花草、树木、青山、绿水交朋友,以扩大幼儿的眼界,培养他们的思维能力,发挥创造力。因此,如何因地制宜,有效利用这些丰富的教育资源,给教学活动加点味,培养幼儿的各方面能力,是我们关注并积极探索的课题。在进行大胆尝试实践以来,我们充分体验到丰富的农村资源是生动的活动教材。1.利用自然环境开展科学活动。农村有许多特有的乡土材料,而且取之不尽,用之不竭,利用这些材料对幼儿进行科学启蒙教育是一条有效的途径。虽然,农村幼儿园的孩子生在农村,长在农村,但随着农村小城镇建设的发展,农村孩子直接与田野接触的机会相对减少。现在的农家孩子不认识禾苗,分不清麦苗和小草的十分普遍,其实孩子非常向往农村绿色的田野,流淌的小溪,走动的家畜,教师应该把孩子从水泥地中解放出来,让他们投身到泥土的芳香中,充分发挥农村自然环境的特殊作用。2.利用自然材料开展美术活动。幼儿经常动手操作,有利于 In recent years, with the rapid development of the integration of urban and rural areas, various advanced ideas and curriculum models for early childhood education in cities have been continuously deepened into rural kindergartens, and the level of early childhood education in rural areas has been greatly improved.
