回交法通常叫做转育,在玉米雄花不育利用、籽粒品质改良、矮化育种和许多特殊性状玉米类型的培育中已广泛应用,是玉米育种工作的重要手段之一。为了更有效和准确地运用这一方法,我们根据自己的工作体会,把与此有关的一些问题,进行简单介绍。一、遗传原理与适用范围回交法基本上包括以下三个育种程序:1.将要改良的标准自交系(称受体或轮回亲本)与提供改良性状的自交系(称给体或非轮回亲本)进行一次杂交。
The backcrossing method, commonly referred to as transfer, has been widely used in the breeding of maize for male sterility, grain quality improvement, dwarf breeding and many special traits. It is one of the important means of maize breeding.
