中华人民共和国国家标准GB5748-85《作业场所空气中粉尘测定方法》规定,采样常用流量为15～40L/min,最大不得超过80L/min,滤膜增重最低不应少于1mg,最大不得超过10mg。在作业场所实际采样中,此法对于质量较重的矿物尘和金属尘较为适用,而对于质量较轻的植物性粉尘(如棉、麻尘)测量误差较大。针对这个问题,本文在方法学上进行初步探讨,结果显示,使用2L/min流量,30min采样时间,滤膜增重控制在0.5mg以下的采样方法,对于质量较轻的棉花总尘采样较为适用,且实用意义较大。
The People’s Republic of China National Standard GB5748-85 “workplace airborne dust determination” provides that the sampling flow rate of 15 ~ 40L / min, the maximum shall not exceed 80L / min, the filter should not be less than the minimum weight gain 1mg, the maximum shall not exceed 10mg. In the actual sampling of the workplace, this method is more suitable for heavy mineral dust and metal dust, while for the lighter quality plant dust (such as cotton, dust) measurement error. Aiming at this problem, the methodological study is carried out in this paper. The results show that the sampling method using 2L / min flow rate, 30min sampling time and filter weight gain control below 0.5mg is more suitable for light cotton dust sampling , And practical significance.
