目的:为了验证功能性指标在评价人体锌营养状况的效果。方法:选健康男性青年,进行体格检查和有关血液生化分析,重点观察碱性磷酸酶( A K P) 、甘露糖苷酶( Mann) 和暗适应能力( D A) 等功能指标在膳食锌干预前后的变化。结果:实验组暗适应所需的时间在试前显著长于对照组;但经20 d 补锌后,两组的暗适应能力未见明显差别。实验组的 A K P 活性在补锌后明显提高,而 Mann 活性( 差值) 在补锌后显著降低。表明血浆锌水平结合3 项功能指标的变化,能够综合反映机体缺锌的可能性。结论:锌依赖酶 A K P 和 Mann 的活性以及 D A 的测定,有助于筛选边缘缺锌的人体。
Purpose: To verify the effectiveness of functional indicators in assessing human zinc nutrition status. Methods: Healthy male youth were selected for physical examination and blood biochemical analysis. Key indexes such as alkaline phosphatase (A KP), mannosidase (DS), and dark adaptation ability (D A) were measured before and after dietary zinc intervention The change. Results: The time required for dark adaptation in the experimental group was significantly longer than that in the control group before the test. However, after 20 days of zinc supplementation, there was no significant difference in dark adaptation between the two groups. The A K P activity of the experimental group increased significantly after zinc supplementation, whereas Mann activity (difference) decreased significantly after zinc supplementation. Indicating that plasma zinc levels combined with changes in three functional indicators, can comprehensively reflect the possibility of zinc deficiency in the body. Conclusion: The activity of zinc-dependent enzymes, such as KP and Mann, and the determination of D A are helpful for the screening of human bodies with zinc deficiency on the periphery.
