目的了解2015年晴隆县8月龄~24岁健康人群脊髓灰质炎、流行性脑脊髓膜炎、流行性乙型脑炎3种传染病特异性Ig G抗体水平,为相应传染病预防和控制提供科学依据。方法 2015年3-4月,以乡镇为单位,每个乡镇随机抽取一个行政村为调查点,每个调查点将8月龄~24岁健康人群分成8个年龄组,每个年龄组抽取30人共3 360人静脉血分离血清,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测3种传染病病源特异性Ig G抗体水平,分析抗体水平差异性。结果 2015年晴隆县8月龄~24岁健康人群脊髓灰质炎、流行性脑脊髓膜炎和流行性乙型脑炎Ig G抗体水平阳性率分别为75.51%、43.87%和31.64%。不同年龄、地区调查人群三项抗体阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),脊髓灰质炎抗体最高,流行性乙型脑炎最低。不同性别调查人群脊髓灰质炎抗体阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),女性高,男性低;流行性脑脊髓膜炎和流行性乙型脑炎Ig G抗体阳性率差异无统计学意义。结论 2015年晴隆县8月龄~24岁健康人群脊髓灰质炎、流行性脑脊髓膜炎、流行性乙型脑炎3种特异性Ig G抗体水平均不高,未达到卫生和计划生育委员会规定的85%基本水平,必须采取有效工作措施,提高儿童基础免疫全程接种率。
Objective To understand the levels of three specific IgE antibodies against poliomyelitis, epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis and Japanese encephalitis in healthy population aged 8 months to 24 years in Qinglong County in 2015. Results The positive rates of poliovirus, epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis and IgE of Japanese encephalitis in healthy people aged 8 months to 24 years in Qinglong County in 2015 were 75.51%, 43.87% and 31.64%, respectively. There were significant differences in the positive rates of the three antibodies among different age groups and regions (P <0.05), with the highest polio antibodies and the lowest prevalence of Japanese encephalitis. There were significant differences in the positive rate of polio antibody among different gender groups (P <0.05), high in female and low in male; there was no significant difference in the positive rate of Ig G antibody between epidemic encephalitis and encephalitis . Conclusions The levels of three specific Ig G antibodies against poliomyelitis, epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis and Japanese encephalitis in healthy population aged 8 months to 24 years in Qinglong County were not high in 2015, which did not meet the requirements of the Health and Family Planning Commission 85% of the basic level, we must take effective measures to improve the overall coverage of children’s immunization coverage.
