目的了解学校流感暴发疫情的原因及流行病特征,分析开展措施的效果,为预防控制流感暴发提供科学依据。方法对该起疫情进行现场流行病学调查和实验室采样检测结果分析。结果该校此次流感暴发疫情罹患率为9.1%,无重症及死亡病例,采集10份病例的咽拭子均分离出B型流感病毒毒株。结论根据流行病学调查、临床症状及实验室检测结果,认定此次疫情为一起B型流感暴发疫情。提高聚集性病例的诊断和报病意识,及时隔离传染源,开展健康教育,接种疫苗等综合措施,是预防控制流感暴发流行的关键。
Objective To understand the causes and epidemic characteristics of influenza outbreaks in schools and to analyze the effects of the measures for the prevention and control of influenza outbreaks. Methods Epidemiological survey and laboratory sampling results of the outbreak were analyzed. Results The school outbreak rate of influenza outbreak was 9.1%, no severe cases and deaths, the collection of 10 cases of throat swab isolates influenza B virus strains. Conclusion According to epidemiological investigation, clinical symptoms and laboratory test results, the outbreak was identified as an outbreak of influenza B virus. To improve the diagnosis and reporting of aggregated cases awareness, timely isolation of sources of infection, to carry out health education, vaccination and other comprehensive measures, is the key to preventing and controlling the outbreak of influenza.
