国际能源署认为,2030年,世界能源格局将会发生翻天覆地的变化,世界能源体系将被改变中国、印度、中东和其它非经合组织地区在能源市场和二氧化碳排放方面的比重将日益增加,低碳能源技术将出现,并逐渐扩大份额,廉价的石油时代已经结束.世界将形成更清洁、更机智和更具竞争力的能源体系.
