一、问题的提出忠诚(loyalty)是指一个人对其所属社会团体的目标、象征和宗旨等方面的坚信不疑的品质。员工忠诚度即员工对企业的忠诚程度,体现在员工与企业目标的协调性、价值观的相容性以及员工对企业内在环境适应性、贡献性和创新性等方面。
First, the issue raised loyalty (loyalty) refers to a person’s social organization of their goals, symbols and purposes such as the quality of the conviction. Employee loyalty is the employee’s loyalty to the business, reflected in the coordination of employee and business objectives, the values of compatibility and employee adaptability to the enterprise environment, contribution and innovation.
