本文应用高温 X 射线衍射方法研究了以 W_(20) O_(58) 为主相的蓝钨和 WO_3(黄钨)的氢还原动态相变过程.所得高温衍射测试效据经电子计算机处理,定量地绘出动态相变图和还原动力学曲线图.比较了湿氢和干氢两种气氛下还原的结果,并探论了还原机理.
In this paper, the high-temperature X-ray diffraction method was used to study the dynamic phase transition of hydrogen reduction of blue tungsten and WO_3 (yellow tungsten) with W_ (20) O_ (58) as the main phase.The obtained high temperature diffraction test data were processed electronically and quantified The dynamic phase transition diagram and the reduction kinetic curve were plotted.The results of reduction under both wet and dry hydrogen atmosphere were compared and the reduction mechanism was discussed.
