目的:探讨左卡尼汀联合蔗糖铁对血液透析肾性贫血患者的疗效及氧化应激的影响。方法:收取2013年3月至2015年6月间于我院进行维持性血液透析的肾性贫血患者76例作为研究对象均分为观察组及对照组,分别给予左卡尼汀联合蔗糖铁治疗或单用蔗糖铁治疗。对两组患者临床疗效、贫血及铁代谢指标、氧化应激水平以及不良反应发生率进行考察与比较。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者贫血及铁代谢指标均明显升高,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后对照组患者MDA、AOPP,观察组患者SOD、GSH-Px明显升高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:左卡尼汀联合蔗糖铁对维持性血液透析肾性贫血患者具有良好的治疗效果,安全性高,可有效降低氧化应激水平。
Objective: To investigate the effects of levocarnitine and sucrose on the efficacy and oxidative stress in hemodialysis patients with renal anemia. Methods: Totally 76 patients with renal anemia who underwent maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital from March 2013 to June 2015 were divided into observation group and control group, and were given levocarnitine and iron sucrose respectively Or iron sucrose alone. The clinical efficacy, anemia and iron metabolism, oxidative stress and the incidence of adverse reactions in both groups were investigated and compared. Results: The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the anemia and iron metabolism index of the two groups were significantly increased, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, MDA and AOPP in the control group and SOD and GSH-Px in the observation group were significantly increased, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion: L-carnitine combined with sucrose iron has good therapeutic effect on maintenance hemodialysis patients with renal anemia, high safety and can effectively reduce the level of oxidative stress.
