随着免疫学的进展,人们对胸腺素的作用已逐渐有所认识。近年来临床上作为免疫调节剂,对自身免疫性疾病以及病毒感染和老年性疾病的防治,提供了新的合理的治疗方法。我科用胸腺素治疗不同眼病,取得一定的疗效,现报告如下。一、临床资料用胸腺素治疗各类眼病60例(73眼),其中住院病员31例,门诊有详细病历记录和系统治疗观察者29例(另10余例中断治疗或记录不全未统计在内)。男性39例,女性21
