按照学习型企业标准,企业教育应逐步实现终身化、网络化、开放化、自主化,呈现多元化、多样化、多层化的特点,以满足不同需求。专业技术人员继续教育是构建学习型企业的要素。市场经济的特征是知识竞争经济,这种经济特征对电力企业职工素质提出了全新的要求,电力企业要想立足并谋求发展,必须努力提高电力企业职工素质,全力打造企业核心竞争力。本文通过文献资料法探讨了电力企业专业技术人员继续教育培训的必要性和对策,以期为有关工作人员和决策部门提供参考。
In accordance with the standards of learning-based enterprises, enterprise education should gradually achieve the characteristics of being lifelong, networked, open and autonomous, showing diversification, diversification and multi-stratification so as to meet different needs. Continuing education for professional and technical personnel is an essential element in building a learning enterprise. The characteristics of the market economy are the knowledge-based economy. This kind of economic characteristics has put forward entirely new requirements for the quality of workers in electric power enterprises. To find a foothold and seek development, electric power enterprises must make every effort to improve the quality of employees in electric power enterprises and try their best to build their core competitiveness. This paper explores the necessity and countermeasures of continuous education and training of professional and technical personnel in electric power enterprises through literature and information, with a view to providing references for relevant staff and decision-making departments.
