政府部门在处理重大突发事件时,不仅要采取措施、及时应对,而且还应树立信息意识与媒体意识,将事情真相及时告知公众,不得拖延甚至瞒报。为此,政府部门需要转变观念,树立服务意识,倾听社会呼声,与媒体保持良好关系,只有这样,才能使政府形象与公信力的损害降到最低。
When dealing with major emergencies, government departments should not only take measures to deal with them in a timely manner, but also establish a sense of information and media awareness to inform the public of the truth in real time without delay or concealment. To this end, government departments need to change their concepts, establish a sense of service, listen to social voices and maintain good relations with the media. Only in this way can the damage to the government’s image and credibility be minimized.
