报道了由［１３Ｃ］碳酸钡制成［１３Ｃ］尿素的方法，其产率为７５％。产品经高效液相色谱（ＨＰＬＣ）等分析，纯度优于国外同类产品，质量符合药典规定，并经临床应用于［１３Ｃ］尿素呼气实验检测幽门螺旋菌，获得满意的效果．
A method of producing [13C] urea from [13C] barium carbonate was reported, with a yield of 75%. The products were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and the purity was better than similar foreign products. The quality was in line with Pharmacopoeia regulations, and the clinical application of [13C] urea breath test to detect Helicobacter pylori was satisfactory.
