On December 16, the first national key R & D program of the Chinese rice wine industry, the “Research on Key Technologies and Intelligent Equipment for Traditional Rice Wine and Winemaking, and Demonstration of Industrialization” was held ceremoniously at the China Rice Wine Museum. Prof. Zheng Fuping from Professor of Food Science and Technology of Beijing Technology and Business University, Prof. Huang Weidong of China Agricultural University and relevant leaders of Jiangnan University, Northwest A & F University, Zhejiang Gu Yue Long Shan Shaoxing Wine Co., Ltd. and Zhaoqing Lockhart Fluid Technology Co., Ltd.
