本厂某产品的簧片和壳体,是用锡磷青铜及08—GB710—65冷轧钢板为基体的电镀件。电镀后的成品要经过冲压及铆凿敲打,故对电镀工艺的要求较高。1981年3月我们开始试验镍铁合金电镀新工艺,先经20升小样试验,于81年3月在上海轻工业研究所通过盐雾试验后(5%中性氯化钠水溶液,温度35℃,时间96小时,镀层未变化)。然后在上海市新苗电镀厂进行了400升镀液的生产
