目的：探讨下三角瓣法修复单侧唇裂，患者唇鼻部生长发育特点，以及对其发育的影响。方法：对下三角瓣法单侧唇裂修复的８２例患者，手术前、后唇鼻部形态的生长发育进行平均５．１年随访、测量。结果：①患者唇鼻部健、患侧唇高、三角瓣底宽、健侧鼻孔宽度较术前有明显增长，三角瓣底宽较术前平均增长６８．４％。②术后患者双侧唇高、侧唇高、鼻孔宽及唇峰－口角距等方面既有显著差异，又存在线性相关关系。③患者双侧唇高、唇峰－口角距的非对称率均小于１０％，双侧鼻孔宽度的非对称率为２２．８％。结论：术后双侧上唇部的发育呈均衡性，患侧唇高不会出现过长或过短的现象。下三角瓣法存在着一期手术后遗留患侧鼻孔较大等弱点 Objective: To investigate the characteristics of the growth and development of the lips and nose of unilateral cleft lip in patients with unilateral cleft lip and its influence on the development. Methods: 82 patients with unilateral cleft lip repair by the lower triangular flap were studied. The growth and development of the lip and nose before and after the operation were observed and measured for an average of 5.1 years. Results: Patients' lips and nose health, the affected side lip height, the width of the triangular valve, the width of the contralateral nostril increased significantly compared with that before operation, and the width of the triangular valve increased by 68.4% compared with that before operation. The postoperative patients with bilateral lip height, lateral lip height, nostril width and lip peak - mouth distance and other aspects of both significant differences, there is a linear correlation. ③ Patients with bilateral lip height, lip-peak-mouth distance asymmetry rates were less than 10%, asymmetry in bilateral nostril width was 22.8%. Conclusion: The postoperative bilateral upper lip development is balanced, the affected side lip will not appear too long or too short phenomenon. The lower triangular flap method has the weakness of the larger left nostril left behind after the first operation
