进行了穿流箱式干燥机的送风空载试验，测定了干燥室内的风速场并分析了风速场不均匀的原因。设置挡风板能有效地改善干燥室内风速场的均匀性。满载烘干试验的结果表明，干燥室内物料干燥均匀程度与风速场分布规律基本一致。
The air-through no-load test was carried out in the through-flow box dryer. The wind speed field in the drying room was measured and the reason for the non-uniform wind velocity field was analyzed. Setting the windshield can effectively improve the uniformity of the wind speed field in the drying room. The results of full-load drying test show that the drying uniformity of the material in the drying room is basically the same as that of the wind speed field.
