使用一块单片CMOS器件5G74C912(BCD)或5G74C917(HEX),几乎不需要外接元件,就可以直接驱动六位 LED 扫描显示六位数字,用于微机、数控、测试系统作为数显接口极其方便。5G74C912/917六位七段译码电路的主要特点是:八段输出端是三态式,可输出100mA(典型值)电流,高阻态不显示以利于省电控制;有6个位扫描选择端,可输出20mA(典型值)电流,直接驱动中功率晶体管:有独立的扫描振荡器,无需外接元件;有6个可地址指定随机读写的5bitRAM 作寄存器,能随机写入或锁存;输入端可接受TTL 电平,便于和微机或逻辑电路接口;5G74C912是六位十进译码器,5G74C917是六位十六进译码器。
