本文首次报道沙石粉碎厂工人细胞遗传学监测结果。研究对象为印度一沙石粉碎厂50名男性工人(经分析所接触沙石中主要成分为SiO_2,占50~60%),以25名年龄配对未接触过沙石的教师作对照,实验组平均年龄30.92岁,对照组平均年龄30.36岁。根据吸烟和饮酒习惯将实验组及对照组进一步分类,每日吸烟多于10支、平均饮酒200ml者定为吸烟和饮酒。分别采集2组实验对象的静脉血(内加肝素防凝),取血样2ml,加入4ml含20%胎牛血清、0.1ml植物血细胞凝集素和
This paper reports for the first time the results of cytogenetic monitoring of workers in gravel mill. The study was conducted on 50 male workers at a gravel crushing plant in India (50-60% of the sand in the gravel contacted by the analysis) and 25 age-matched teachers without gravel.
