沅陵沅水二桥承台施工水位高,最大水深39 m,水压大,且水流湍急,最大流速达6 m/s,属于深水桥梁基础承台施工,施工难度大、安全和质量风险高。采用有底钢套箱在陆地加工场内加工和拼装,再运至预定地点的方案,有效防止污染水源和环境,保障了施工作业人员、机械和设备材料的安全,工程达到了预期的目标。有底钢套箱是深水桥梁承台施工的实用技术。
Yuanling Yuanshui No.2 bridge cap is of high water level with a maximum water depth of 39 m. The water pressure is large and the water current is turbulent. The maximum flow rate reaches 6 m / s.
