建立了搅拌棒萃取-气相色谱法检测大蒜及蒜粉中三唑磷农药残留。样品经搅拌棒萃取,解析液解析后,上机检测。采用Rtx-1701(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 m)色谱柱分离,在程序升温的模式下检测,外标法定量。结果表明,三唑磷农药在质量浓度1.5~200μg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.998 3,方法的定量限为1.5μg/kg。在不同添加水平下,其平均回收率为71%~97%,变异系数为5.8%~10.8%。该方法简便、快捷,适用于大蒜及蒜粉中三唑磷的检测。
A stir-bar extraction-gas chromatography was developed for the determination of triazophos pesticide residues in garlic and garlic powder. The sample was extracted by the stir bar, the analytic solution was analyzed and then tested on the machine. Rtx-1701 (30 m × 0.25 mm × 0.25 m) was used to separate the column in the temperature programmed mode. The external standard method was used for quantification. The results showed that the triadimenol pesticide had good linearity in the range of 1.5 ~ 200μg / L with the correlation coefficient r = 0.998 3, and the limit of quantification was 1.5μg / kg. Under different added levels, the average recoveries ranged from 71% to 97% and the coefficients of variation ranged from 5.8% to 10.8%. The method is simple and quick, and is suitable for the detection of triazophos in garlic and garlic powder.
