通过对235例婴儿细菌性结膜炎的病原菌及药敏试验,采用妥布霉素、庆大霉素、氧氟沙星眼液分组对照治疗观察.结果表明三种药物的总药敏度分别是89.39%、39.39%和65.66%(P＜0.005),临床总有效率分别为92.00%、54.00%和72.00%(P＜0.005),总药敏度与临度与临床总有效率基本一致.妥布霉素不仅广谱且抗菌作用最强,还对绿脓杆菌作用突出,其眼液也适用于婴儿.
