为探索适于杂交水稻育种者应用的鉴定试验方法,提高选种的准确性和效率,我们在多年交叉杂交配组的基础上,按照不完全双列交配方式,将所选育的7个高代恢复材料与10个引进的不育系配组70对组合,进行田间试验方法研究。研究结果表明:不完全双列遗传交配方式,应用于杂交水稻育种中,宜采用裂区设计,以相同恢复系(或不育系)所配组合组成主区,相应地以不育系(或恢复系)所配组合为副区,主区随机排列,副区随机或顺序排列。主区中应设置不同熟性的对照种。
