为了确定适合于大牛地气田的直井稳产期合理配产的计算方法,本文选取10口进入稳产期的直井。通过经验法、采气指示曲线法、流动物质平衡法、Topaze数值模拟法计算直井稳定生产阶段的合理配产,并与实际产量对比,评价各种方法的适用性。研究结果表明:经验法不适应气井稳定生产阶段的合理配产;采气曲线法不适用于大牛地气田,该方法计算出的合理配产比实际稳定生产期配产偏高,该方法的缺点是直线的拐点很难准确确定,因人而异,误差范围大;流动物质平衡法计算出的合理配产与实际配产差距较小,但该方法计算出的合理配产随着气井生产时间的增加而不断变化,需要随时计算调整;Topaze数值模拟法计算的配产与实际气井合理配产一致。但该方法需要的参数较多,合理配产随稳产年限和生产时间不断变化,需要随时计算调整。
In order to determine the calculation method of rational allocation of vertical wells in Daniudi gas field, 10 vertical wells which entered stable stage were selected in this paper. Through the empirical method, the gas indication curve method, the flow of material balance method, Topaze numerical simulation method to calculate the rational production of the vertical well during steady production stage, and compared with the actual yield, evaluate the applicability of various methods. The results show that the empirical method is not suitable for the rational gas production in the stable production stage of gas wells. The gas production curve method is not suitable for the Daniudi gas field. The reasonable yield of the method calculated by this method is higher than that of the actual stable production. The disadvantage is that the inflection point of the straight line is difficult to be determined accurately, varying from person to person, and the error range is large. The difference between the reasonable allocation of production and the actual allocation of production calculated by the fluid mass balance method is small. However, The time increases and keeps changing, and the adjustment needs to be calculated at any time. The allocation calculated by the Topaze numerical simulation method is consistent with the actual gas well rationing. However, this method requires more parameters, reasonable allocation of production with the stable production and production time changes, need to be adjusted at any time.
