随着我国市场经济的不断发展和完善,经济快速发展和市场竞争的加剧,商务谈判在现实生活中的地位也不断提高,企业对于人员谈判能力方面也提出了更高的要求,此外,谈判能力的提高有利于企业自身成本的降低,给企业带来更大的经济效益。为了更好的适应社会的需求,商务谈判课程在管理类专业中的重要性也日渐突出,如何让学生能够更好的学习商务谈判知识,具备一定的谈判能力,符合社会对人才需求的目标。目前,高职类院校加深了认识,采取“模拟商务谈判”的教学方式,让学生更好的学习和掌握该门课程,更好的领会课程的精髓。
