智能化是水电厂监控的发展趋势,OnCall是监控系统信息传递的快捷方式,转变OnCall系统工作方式势在必行。以快速、可靠、高效的将电站运行信息提供给相关人员,预先发现潜在问题,降低运维人员工作量为目的,结合移动短信平台,对OnCall系统加以改进融合;以枕头坝水电站计算机监控系统为依托,将OnCall和MAS进行联动和实施,提供一种新的OnCall系统方案,本文介绍方案内容及实现方法。
Intelligent is the development trend of hydropower plant monitoring. OnCall is a shortcut for monitoring system information transmission. It is imperative to change the working mode of OnCall system. In order to quickly, reliably and efficiently provide information about power station operation to relevant personnel, discover potential problems in advance and reduce the workload of operation and maintenance personnel, combined with the mobile messaging platform, the OnCall system is improved and integrated; and the computer monitoring system of Pinyabashi Hydropower Station is Relying on, OnCall and MAS linkage and implementation, to provide a new OnCall system solutions, this article describes the program content and implementation.
