对工业园区集配中心(Supply Hub in Industrial Park,SHIP)的运作流程进行简单描述的基础上,结合园区内不同企业实体利益及工业园区供应商物流服务需求,提出一种多车型小批量、高频率、定线、闭环运输并带硬时间窗等多重约束的循环取货路径组合优化数学模型。采用最大装载率的车型分配原则,设计用于求解该模型的改进遗传算法。最后,通过算例分析对模型和算法的有效性进行验证并得到了相关管理学启示。
Based on a brief description of the operation flow of Supply Hub in Industrial Park (SHIP), combining with the interests of different enterprises in the park and the logistics service demand of industrial park suppliers, this paper proposes a multi-vehicle type small batch with high frequency , Fixed line, closed-loop transport with hard time window and other constraints of the loop picking path combination optimization mathematical model. Based on the principle of vehicle distribution with maximum loading rate, an improved genetic algorithm was designed to solve the model. Finally, the effectiveness of the model and the algorithm is verified by example analysis and the relevant management enlightenment is obtained.
