为了更好的开展课题研究,我们课题组的老师认真研读有关课堂观察方面的学习资料,结合研究实际,进一步明确研究方向,将课题研究从教师的教和学生的学两方面开展课堂观察研究。第一阶段主要研究教师的教,从教学活动转换和教师的提问有效性两方面入手,力求通过有效的课堂观察及跟进分析改进教学,提升校本教研的成效。一、学习借鉴,设计量表在大量学习学习及借鉴前人研究的基础上,为确保研究的顺利进行,针对实际教学现状,制定了以下相关的观察量表。量表一:教学活动转换观察量表课题______上课时间______执教者______观察者______
